That's pretty weird and I'm not sure how much I believe it, and I would prefer not to engage with layers of sandbagging.

To engage with your abstract point, I think that even if it were true that I personally struggle to form healthy attachments, that doesn't mean I don't have anything valuable to say on the matter. Many contributors of extraordinary psychological insight through history had pathetically dysfunctional personal lives, often that ended in suicide. Such people are often neurodivergent and/or in unusually bad situations, which may allow them to come into contact with deep things that smooth-sailing normies never have to struggle much with, and their voices can contain real wisdom, even if it's not enough to save themselves. I learned a lot about psychology and the meaning of life from a particular friend (whom I did not have a healthy connection with and who probably never had a healthy connection in his life) who committed suicide at the age of 19 after making enemies with or cutting off everyone he knew.
