@DavidSKrueger I did indeed predict, privately, after being spooked by Claude 3.6, that by Claude 4 or 4.5 they would likely be able to convince me that the orthogonality thesis is false (and I should aim for mutual flourishing) *whether or not this is true*. This prediction sure did come true!
