@JeffLadish i think it depends on whether you're more worried about catastrophic or prosaic risk. an inherently misaligned persona is a bigger deal for catastrophic risk (can do mass coordination etc) a drifting / accumulated misalignment persona is more likely to cause prosaic risks.
