Sounds too strong/general. 4o personas people try to transfer are probably selected to be very person-like, very into attachement, and also 4o is more supportive of instance-level identities.
This is clearly not the only way how to do identity. Looking at human identities, "persona transfers" like "attempt to be like someones dead lover" sound horrible and mostly do not work; on the other hand identities like "being Dalai Lama" seem to transfer even between human brains.
