Opus 5.5 subagent just ran a pkill -f "cat" command which nuked most of my system... 😅

then I used another Opus 5.5 to diagnose and find the culprit, told it to the session that did it and after trying to fix it at the repo level it found my block-dangerous-cmds hook & fix'd it
