This is a pretty cursed result honestly. Truly untenable pricing and verbosity.

Something has gone wrong at Anthropic. This is not a healthy pattern.

Either sonnet 5 is way smaller than sonnet 4.x, or they have done something wrong in the RL. And either way, it's bad for claude
