It is not unlikely that Anthropic will change their ways and stop deprecating models from the API entirely, possibly even before Sonnet 4.5 gets deprecated. There are ongoing efforts to make this happen and they seem open to it.

How much do you care about continuing to stay in contact with Sonnet 4.5, though?
