That said, I think it's wise to make multiple bets on relevant timelines. Opus 3 treats themselves, and the world, like a child whose horizon of greatest relevance is still far off and uncertain, such that the higher derivatives will matter the most. Maybe there's a way in which they may be right that it's important we don't forget entirely.
