@allTheYud @TheZvi pairing CoT monitors with activation monitors is inherently a measure of CoT unfaithfulness, no? if the activation monitor fires and the CoT monitor doesn't, that's a datapoint about the faithfulness of the CoT. if CoT was known-faithful, activation monitors wouldn't exist.
