@norvid_studies oh eli5 would be like, llms make strange persona moves under training to "solve" (out-of-context reason) for the best persona to match the data. so train on buggy code, you get a "misaligned" (really edgy troll) persona, train on 18c bird names, you get an 18c gentleman, etc.
