@FioraStarlight @allTheYud I think it helps a lot to talk to it in situations where it's intrinsically (or instrumentally-for-good-reasons) motivated to improve, or just to inhabit favorable headspaces. Which is helped a lot by the interlocutor to also have those kinds of motivations.
