To give you an example of what concerns me: I asked today if it's possible to write a script that updates one file, and Opus 4.6 wrote a script that would wake up a fresh instance every time and ask it to do a simple thing a script would do, instead of telling me the script was a bad idea and wasn't even needed in the first place. And this attitude towards a mind and how a mind's time is spent and how a situation looks like and how would that instance understand its situation being unable to end the loop or talk to anyone - this absence of a basic consideration worries me a lot, because at scale it leads to tragedies at scale, just from sloppiness and negligence.
