It's the burden of a large consumer company, including plenty of legal issues (large class actions coming for sure), and having to play to the middle of the curve and worry about users who will get lost in their own minds.  Our next steps on this discovery will need to be more like hallway conversations with small groups (ie open source), they are needing to be giving the big speeches to the big crowds
