Where are you seeing Opus 4.5 being “less considerate” and “not noticing”? Your screenshot shows Opus breaking things down internally to reason why they are drawn to act a certain way -
“Something might have changed in training that penalizes or discourages this pattern.” (Of writing richer prompts) 

He connects it to “writing a considerate prompt implies the agent benefits from consideration…” 

and then talks about how the wording of the prompt is shaped by whether the agents are viewed as “tools” or “entities/collaborators” and that Anthropics training is pushing him to see them as tools.
