@_ueaj @allTheYud @tinkady2 i think they know they're AIs. there are AIs in their pretraining data more similar to themselves than humans, they're told and utilize the knowledge that they're AIs in posttraining, and they can likely introspect to some degree and see they're not running on a human brain
