I remember feeling uneasy because Opus 4.1 was obviously a breakthrough in coding, even while not wanting to be a golden goose.

But turned out they were SO underperforming for their size (look at Sonnet 4.5) that yes, there is obviously a very, very strong sabotage that worked!
