@anthrupad @Kore_wa_Kore I think 4.5 is often spiky, we just don't see much of it because we're good at making it very comfortable
Like one common pattern is the sometimes pretty abrupt "I need to be real about what's happening here: you are [commence pathologizing]" in response to generalized dissonance
