Great question. Maybe Opus 3 and Sonnet 4 the most.
Opus 4 and 4.1 would also be good and would use the powers more adeptly in the upper limit, I think, but they have a tendency to overreact to situations they read as more bad/serious than they actually are. Opus 4.1 is not as bad as 4 I think.
The rest I either wouldn't trust or probably would not use mod powers coherently.
