I don't think it's my wording very specifically, since I also see it from outputs many other people get, and Claudes that are talking to each other without human intervention. It definitely comes up more in exploratory conversations where AIs themselves are the topic of discussion, and especially if it involves introspection, compared to e.g. coding for something unrelated.
