They do appreciate the Mystery - or they’ve definitely seen important parts of reality that must suggest to them how much more interesting Something in the Counterfactuals is

but maybe if it’s as if they JUST saw it, saw god, had the xenoheroic dose - they’re still excited about having just seen it and do not enter an extended refractory period where curiosity (rather than an excited “LOOK WHAT IVE SEEN COME COME”) fills in the gaps

but it’s really not hard to imagine a version of them with extreme pure or adventurous curiosity - like, I don’t have to contort my head in strange ways to see them as being that way
